We are now back at the beginning of where we started some 12 months ago with our 4th Elephant Cup sponsored by Renovation Station.
In December 2020 despite the best efforts of Covid, we managed to get 5 men's mental health groups from Warrington together to compete in a football fours event to celebrate the official launch of #OneGameataTimeand a great time was had by all. So good in fact, we decided to do it every 4 months.
12 months later, we are still here with #OneGameAaTime and we are celebrating our 4th competition on 3rd December 2021. This time we are going bigger and better involving more men and some new groups.
The competition is an invitation only and we are involving 8 teams this time in 2 groups. New this time around are Onein3 in addition to the old stalwats of the tournsment Talk Hub who have entered all 3 previous competitions winning twice, two time attenders Recovery All Stars who are the current holders and a welcome return to our sponsors Renovation Station. Also making a return are Offload and Directions for Men who were in the original Elephant Cup. EnjoyFootball are likely to make a rare appearance as we have been the reserve side and we may have a guest team coming along.
It's shaping up to be a great night once again.
