Here's hoping for a happy birthday, relaunch and all that.

If today's rumours crystallize, it seems that we may, that is may, be able to restart some of our projects.

Whilst of course we and wouldn't we all, have preferred to have not shut down at all, it is rather poignant that any potential re-opening, re-launch call it what you like, falls on or around the 4th birthday of when Enjoy Football came to be.

So, it's great to be restarting or refreshing and celebrating this special time with all our friends.

Obviously, this is subject to how grassroots football is to be brought back and what we are allowed to do but taking advantage of speculation and past experiences, we think that the sessions that we can relaunch first will be as follows.

Enjoy Football Superstars 3-5-year olds - Saturday 3rd April, Rising Stars 9.30-10.10am and Shooting Stars 10.30-11.10am at Penketh Youth Centre Honiton Way Penketh WA5

Penketh Walking Football - we hope to launch date will be Thursday 8th April, 10am-11am at Penketh Tennis Club Hall Nook Penketh WA5 2HR but this may be subject to change of venue.

Women's Only Walking Football - we think it will be back at Birchwood High School Brock Road WA3 7PT on Friday 9th April 6-7pm but this may be subject to change of venue and time.

#OneGameAtaTime - Friday 9th April at Bank Quay Sports Club Edelston St Warrington WA5 1TW at a new time of 7.30-8.30pm. We have pencilled in the 23rd April for the 2nd Elephant Cup.

In addition we will be holding 3 School Holiday Football Fun days at

Sankey 6th & 7th April

Meadowside Primary School 9th April and

Winwick 12th & 13th April.

for more details on these fun days please see our website.

We will of course be follwoing all the latest government guidelines on social distancing as per the previous pre lockdown iii sessions.

We really do hope that the rumours are correct and that we get to see everyone again very soon.
